Letter from the President

Jordan Babineux, President Assure RideWelcome to Assure Ride Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company, LLC.

Our company was built to help compress the transportation barriers that exist in King County. We believe creating a positive impact that encourages your healthcare, lifestyle, and wellness influences the greater good of all people and will build a stronger community. Our biggest priority is passenger safety and customer service, assuring we put our passengers first.

Nearly 50% of the Puget Sound lack adequate access to transportation. We understand the importance of our service and the need to deliver another viable option to strengthen our local residents. Our company believes transportation is an essential component to the support and success of every person’s lifestyle. We are even more mindful how transportation plays an important role as an extension of each person’s well-being.

At Assure Ride, our Certified Drivers are trained with Passenger Assistance Safe & Sensitivity classes, 1st Aid & CPR, and will devote additional hours every year educating ourselves in safety and training.

As a former member of the NFL, I understand the importance of teamwork. Each role plays a vital part to the success of the entirety of our company. Our Driver’s Training Program allows our staff to maintain professionalism while being equipped with the right safety training to thrive in a friendly workplace environment. Our professionals are ready to assist all passengers onboard. Each passenger is treated with proper care to provide the most comfortable experience transporting those who require wheelchair assistance or are hindered by physical challenges.

Seattle and its roadway community is growing at a rapid pace and can be intimidating and sometimes strenuous to navigate. We aim to be your transportation provider for the growing population of those bound by transportation obstacles.

Thank you for letting us be your answer to transportation freedom and we look forward to welcoming you onboard.

Jordan Babineaux, President
