How do I schedule a pickup?

Make payments online or by phone.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, or foreign currency.
How do I cancel my trip?

All reservations will be pre-authorized for the entire amount of the trip.
Assure Ride charges no penalty for cancellations made more than 24 hours of original scheduled pickup. Cancellations made within 24 hours of original scheduled pickup will be charged the pickup fee, unless rescheduled. No shows are responsible for 100% of trip fees.

What is the refund policy?

Assure Ride is unable to provide a refund for reservations canceled within 24 hours of scheduled trip or a no show. Refunds normally show in your account in up to 3-5 business days. Check with your financial institution for more information.
