The Washington State Department of Health announced several new cases of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in Washington State. We are providing this information to you as a reminder of how to protect yourself and others. Coronavirus is most spread from an infected person to others by:

  • Uncovered coughing and sneezing
  • Close personal contact, such as touching or shaking hands
  • Touching an object or surface with the virus on it, then touching your mouth, nose, or eyes before washing your hands

You can help protect yourself, our clients, and others by taking a few simple steps to help prevent the spread of the virus:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with your hands
  • Stay home when you are sick
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue and dispose of the tissue right away
  • Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects
  • Get plenty of rest, drink fluids, eat healthy foods, and manage your stress

Gloves and masks are available in the office for your protection. If you feel any symptoms of sickness, you are advised to stay home for the safety and health of others.

The Department of Health has established a call center to address questions from the general public about COVID-19. If you have questions, please call 1-800-525-0127 and press #.

Stay safe,

Jordan Babineaux
