What type of insurance do you accept?

We will soon accept Medicaid and currently accept private pay insurance. To begin the Medicaid verification process, click here.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Passengers can schedule a pickup 1 week in advance by:

  • Completing the reservation form (click the button below)
  • Sending us an email at: bookaride@assureride.com
  • Calling us at 206.900.3392
  • Book a Ride

How do I pay for my ride?

Make payments online or by phone.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Medicaid. We do not accept cash, checks, or foreign currency.
*Insurance billing must be pre-authorized.

How do I cancel my trip?

All reservations will be approved for the entire amount of the trip.
No penalty for cancellations made more than 24 hours of original scheduled pickup.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of original scheduled pickup will be charged the pickup fee, unless rescheduled.
No shows are responsible for 100% of trip fees.

What is the refund policy?

Assure Ride is unable to provide a refund for reservations canceled within 24 hours of scheduled trip or a no show. Refunds normally show in your account in up to 3-5 business days. Check with your financial institution for more information.
